Our take
I found the Cuisinart FP-13DD dicing disc as an open box deal for $16.88. It fits my FP-13DGM and dices potatoes, onions, and other veggies nicely. The open box meant no original packaging, but the disc itself was in good shape. The dicing function is a nice upgrade if you make a lot of soups or stews. However, it only works with the FP-13DGM, so if you have a different model, it won't fit. Also, cleaning the dicing grid is a bit tedious. But for the price, it's a useful addition.
